Independence Day

We celebrate Independence Day every 15th August to honor India’s freedom and remember the sacrifices of our brave leaders. The day begins with flag hoisting, cultural programs, and the singing of patriotic songs. We distribute sweets and come together to express our pride in being Indian, promoting unity, peace, and responsibility as citizens.

Republic Day

On 26th January, we celebrate Republic Day to mark the adoption of the Indian Constitution in 1950. The day is observed with flag hoisting, national anthem, and cultural performances. We remember our democratic values and honor the spirit of justice, liberty, and equality. Our community actively participates with enthusiasm and patriotic pride.

International Women’s Day

We celebrate International Women’s Day on 8th March to recognize the achievements and rights of women. Awareness programs, motivational talks, and cultural events are organized to honor women’s contributions. It’s a day to spread the message of gender equality, empowerment, and the need to create a more inclusive society for all.

International Yoga Day

We at Vidyasindhu Foundation celebrate International Yoga Day every 21st June to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Our organization organizes yoga sessions with trained instructors where students, teachers, and community members participate. In 2025, 1000 students joined this celebration at Vidyasindhu. This day reminds us of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and inner peace. The practice of yoga brings harmony between body and mind for all.

World Day of Indigenous Peoples
